The recipient downloads the document, checks it against the sender’s description, and explicitly acknowledges its content and correct receipt.
Scrub the server copy
The document is scrubbed from our servers after correct receipt is acknowledged or the acknowledgement fails. A stopped or failed delivery requires a fresh submission.

Prepare your delivery
Describe and upload your document or documents. AI-assisted content screening will compare them with your description against a defined matching threshold, flagging discrepancies for review before the delivery proceeds.

Agree before downloading
The recipient acknowledges the described contents and accepts the proposed download for receipt. Only then does the download commence; afterwards, they confirm that the document was correctly received.

Close the handoff
Peer-to-peer delivery is in development to avoid storing document copies on our servers. Where a temporary server copy is used, it will be scrubbed after confirmed receipt or failed acknowledgement. The sender can stop the process; another attempt requires resubmission.

What happens before and after the download?
The sender describes the document. Before the download commences, the recipient acknowledges the described contents and accepts the proposed download for receipt. After downloading, the recipient separately confirms that the document was correctly received.
What does the AI comparison do?
The planned AI-assisted screening checks whether the document sufficiently matches the sender’s description and flags discrepancies for review. It supports the handoff; it does not establish authenticity or replace either party’s acknowledgement.
How will documents be protected?
The delivery design centres on recipient verification, acknowledgement before access, and confirmation of correct receipt. Encryption, access controls, privacy policies and retention handling must be implemented and verified before live deliveries begin.
Will documents touch Secourier’s servers?
Peer-to-peer delivery is in development, with the aim of avoiding server-stored document copies. Connection coordination or encrypted relay services may still be needed. AI processing and any temporary storage will need clearly defined handling; we are not claiming a server-free service at this stage.
When is a server copy scrubbed?
Where a temporary server copy exists, the intended process scrubs it after correct receipt is acknowledged or acknowledgement fails. If the sender stops the delivery, the server copy is also scrubbed. A stopped or failed delivery requires resubmission to begin again.
Can a recipient keep or copy the document?
Yes. Scrubbing a server copy does not remove a downloaded copy. Once someone can view information, they may also reproduce it. Access controls and confidentiality terms do not guarantee that copying cannot occur.
How does the virtual NDA/NCND fit in?
The planned component presents the applicable non-disclosure and non-circumvention terms before document release and records the recipient’s acceptance. The terms, parties and scope need to be defined for each use; the delivery acknowledgement is a separate confirmation.
Can I send a document today?
The current website provides an interactive walkthrough. Live transfer, AI screening, agreement acceptance, receipt tracking and server scrubbing are not enabled. Files selected here remain on your device.
Will physical services be available?
The initial focus is digital documents. Physical delivery and in-person service locations remain future possibilities.
